Denso DST-PC software just can be used when the USB drive is installed correctly, so, you need make sure the communication USB drive is right, or you can't run the software.

before installation usb drive, pls make login as administrator, and Repair to connect the Denso DST-PC hardware with your pc and vehicle,

Step 10: when this screen will be showed, pls connect Denso DST-PC with your pc by USB cables, and connect DST-PC with your vehicle via OBD-ii cables,

Step 11:  pls click "okay"
Step 12: the python software will find USB port automatically, pls don't try any operation
Step 13: "Sucessfully detected python", it is okay
